Caramel Chicken
Ingredients

Chicken breast

Caramel with flower of salt and caramel

Poultry broth
-
Fish Sauce
-
Sucre
-
Cornstarch

Garlic
-
Olive oil

Chives

Sesame

Salt, pepper
Preparation

Cut the chicken breasts into 3cm X 3cm cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and chicken. Brown. Remove

In the same skillet, add the caramel, chicken broth and sugar and bring to a boil until the sugar is dissolved.

Mix the fish sauce and the starch and add to the mixture.

Turn over the chicken, add salt and pepper and cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve over rice or pasta. Add chives and sesame seeds (optional).
Notes
Serve with bouquets of broccoli.
