Caramel Chicken


  • Chicken breast

  • Caramel with flower of salt and caramel

  • Poultry broth

  • Fish Sauce

  • Sucre

  • Cornstarch

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Chives

  • Sesame

  • Salt, pepper



  • Cut the chicken breasts into 3cm X 3cm cubes.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and chicken. Brown. Remove

  • In the same skillet, add the caramel, chicken broth and sugar and bring to a boil until the sugar is dissolved.

  • Mix the fish sauce and the starch and add to the mixture.

  • Turn over the chicken, add salt and pepper and cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked through.

  • Serve over rice or pasta. Add chives and sesame seeds (optional).


Serve with bouquets of broccoli.
