Caramel and Pesto Salmon


  • Salmon fillet

  • Basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)

  • Caramel with S&C flower of salt

  • Onion, sliced

  • Choice of green beans or asparagus



Place the salmon fillet in aluminum foil, brush with pesto and caramel (to taste). Add onions and beans or asparagus. Close the foil.


Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes, or on the BBQ.


You can accompany the dish with a couscous, a gratin dauphinois or even a celery-rave purée!
